1 - Motel rooms - w/1 king & "single hide-a-bed - bedding charge $16": Available - Total stay - 7 nights pd. minimum - up to 2 persons - w/tax - $1,109.85 - Rate for additional night-s - $126.84
2 - Motel rooms w/1 queen & 1 double bed: Available - Total stay - 7 nights minimum - up to 3 persons - w/tax - $1,183.84 - Rate for Additional night-s 3 persons - w/tax - $137.41
1 - Motel Suite 4 beds, 2 bath: Available - Total stay - 7 nights paid minimum - up to 6 persons -

NO EXCEPTIONS or simply waive refund to have cleanup done for you.
YOUR GUEST-S: Additional $15.83 per guest per day for visits over 1 hour or using
amenities or staying for meal prepared at BH Cabins & Motel @ Quail's Crossing.

CC payment: signed confirmation & CC slip Return by email within 2 days or
Return by USPS within 5 days.
Check & money order payments must be received with signed documents within
5 working days.
Cancellation request must be in writing 5+ days prior to check in date & reserved to another paid in full party 2 days prior to check in date.
Qualified Refunds are less a 30% service charge & refund processed up to 7 days
after check out date.

2010 was Dad's first Rally, he might not been on a bike, but everyone here at Quail's Crossing, Hill City & even in Sturgis made him feel welcome. Dad is no longer with us. But I still thank you all!!!
