Your guest (not staying at BH Cabins & Motel @ QC) visiting, using the pool, bikes, playgrounds or your serving them a meal are allow at the
Pavilion, Pool, Playgrounds only - except bathroom use - 2 guests only at a time. "For the consideration of other customers."
Charge of $15.83 per person per day. (Guest allowed from 7am to 10pm - no exceptions).
Deposit to Reserve 100% Check payment reservations 100% deposit mailed with signed Confirmation document received by us in 5 days.
All reservations require signed Confirmation & CC charge ( or check ) documents returned by email within 2 day of reserving
Documents are email out - Inquire for USPS mailed out documents for signature. Check deposit must be received within 5 working days.
Cancellation request must be in writing by email or USPS: w/date, name, address, phone # and confirmation # : NO Exceptions
Cancellation must be at least 5+ days prior to arrival date & reserved to another paid in full party 2 days prior to arrival date to receive a
refund less 30% service charge.
NO Exceptions and Sorry no Excuses. We held the accommodation in good faith and cannot be liable for your change of plans.
***Soiled "urine" beds: You wash the Sheets at our Laundromat - $6.00 charge or I wash $10.00 charge // Mattress Pad must be wash Separately & there is a $12.00 charge OR ***please use products to prevent this situation.
***To Keep rates down & save our customer's Green our Room Service & fresh towels is every other day.
***To Save our customers more Green plus added convenience we provided kitchenettes for the rooms with dishes & utensils available on request. To help keep rates low, PLEASE clean up the kitchenette appliances, dishes & utensils!!!
